UCA leadership
The UCA Executive consists of seven senior staff members:
- Vice-Chancellor
- Deputy Vice-Chancellor
- Pro Vice-Chancellor, Corporate Resources
- Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean, Canterbury, Maidstone and Rochester
- Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning and Teaching and Executive Dean, Epsom and Farnham
- Pro Vice-Chancellor, Research and Development
- University Secretary
These members have strategic and operational responsibility for defined areas covering the University's core business, under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor. They meet formally as a Group every three weeks. The Executive Group determines and approves strategy and policy in relation to the implementation of the Strategic Plan. Under the ultimate jurisdiction of the Governors, the Executive oversees the management of risk, resources and strategic planning.
