Accommodation at UCA Epsom

UCA Epsom has accommodation for new students on and off campus.

What's available?

• Worple Road - on campus and made up of three blocks accommodating 54 students in en-suite single study bedrooms.
• Woodcote Side - situated one mile from UCA Epsom, Woodcote Side comprises of 10 flats and two houses, accommodating up to 60 students in single study bedrooms.
• Ashley Road - located in Epsom town, less than half a mile from the campus, Ashley Avenue has six flats accommodating up to 28 students in single study bedrooms.
• Wilberforce Court - adjacent to UCA Epsom, Wilberforce Court provide accommodation for up to 70 students in standard single study bedrooms.

Priority is given to new students embarking on a full-time course whose home address is the greatest distance from the campus.

Your safety and welfare are extremely important to us and to ensure this we have out of hours cover through our teams of student wardens.
