Accommodation at UCA Epsom
There are four halls of residence for students at UCA Epsom, these are both on and off campus. Please see below for more details about each of the different halls.
- Worple Road - situated on campus Worple Road contains three blocks of flats of up to eight single study bedrooms in each flat and accommodates a total of up to 58 students. All rooms have ensuite facilities (shower, toilet and washbasin). There is one flat for disabled students with wheelchair access.
- Woodcote Side - situated 1 mile from the campus and houses up to 60 students in ten self-contained flats and two houses with between 2 and 6 study bedrooms per unit. The bedrooms at Woodcote Side vary in size and are all furnished with drawers, a wardrobe, desk, chair and bed. Each flat has shared facilities.
- Ashley Road - situated in the town less than half a mile from campus and comprises six flats of up to seven students and accommodates 28 students in total. Each flat has shared facilities.
- Wilberforce Court - Situated adjacent to the campus. Wilberforce Court houses up to 70 students and comprises of twelve self-contained flats on three floors with between 4 and 7 study bedrooms per flat. The bedrooms at Wilberforce Court vary in size and are all furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair and single sized bed. Each flat has shared facilities.
Priority is given to new students starting a full-time course whose home address is furthest away from the campus. Your safety and welfare are extremely important to us and to ensure this we have out-of-hours cover through our teams of student wardens.
