Accommodation at UCA Rochester

New UCA Rochester students can apply for our riverside student accommodation.

What's available?

• Doust Way - is located about a five minute walk from the campus and Rochester railway station, and 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Doust Way accommodates up to 215 students in en-suite (own toilet and shower) single study bedrooms.

Priority is given to new students embarking on a full-time course whose home address is the greatest distance from the campus.

Your safety and welfare are extremely important to us and to ensure this we have out of hours cover through our teams of student wardens

Our accommodation is limited. If you are unsuccessful, or choose not to go into university accommodation, we can help you with your search for private rented accommodation.
