Karl Limbert
Karl has been Director of Infrastructure and Strategy at Southampton City Council since 2009. His current focus is on service transformation and commercialisation, and major programmes and project delivery. Prior to that he held several senior posts in both Central and Local Government in areas including Intelligence, Counter Fraud and Public Private Partnerships. Karl has also advised a range of blue chip private and public sector clients on major programme delivery in the UK and internationally.
