UCA Canterbury
If you're thinking about where to study creative arts, UCA Canterbury is an obvious choice.
A small city with three universities, Canterbury oozes student appeal and offers an eclectic mix of ancient architecture, busy bookshops and comfy cafés, together with vibrant nightlife, art galleries and great shopping. UCA Canterbury itself is one of the city's cultural venues, hosting important exhibitions and contemporary art and design events throughout the year.
The campus is a short walk from Canterbury city centre and provides purpose-built studios, workshops and lecture theatres. It boasts on-campus halls of residence, the Herbert Read art gallery, a shop, café and newly refurbished bar.
Many of our students like Canterbury because it is safe and friendly, steeped in history and has a thriving artistic community. There's always heaps going on to entertain and Canterbury's proximity to London means you can benefit from the giant adventure playground without paying the exorbitant rents.
