  • Oversight of the University's strategy for student number planning.
  • Oversight of the University's quality strategy, including both academic standards and the student experience
  • Leadership and line management of the PVC Teaching & Learning, PVC Widening Participation and Further Education, Academic Registrar, Director of Academic Services and Executive Deans

Biography:

Professor Mark Hunt is Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University for the Creative Arts. He is currently Chair of Aim Higher Surrey, Chair of the Art, Design, Media-HE Academy Subject Centre Board (Based at the University of Brighton) and Chair of the Strood Academy Board of Governors (UCA's sponsored academy school). He is Vice-Chair of The North East Surrey College of Technology Further Education Corporation, member of the Higher Education Academy Network of Deputy and Pro Vice-Chancellors and Vice-Principals and a member of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills - Student Charters Group, Mark also has substantial experience as an academic developer in Art and Design, QAA Auditor and external examiner at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
