Jacqui Burke

Jacqui Burke is a qualified accountant specialising in public sector finance. She trained in the health service before moving to KPMG as a management consultant.

She has been self-employed for the past 10 years. Her most recent work includes: a project for the Office of Science and Innovation assessing the sustainability of the research science base; establishing benchmarking pricing for initial teacher training for the DfES; and applying full economic cost criteria to European research projects for HEFCE.

Until recently she spent six years as a Non-Executive Director of a local NHS Trust where she was also Chair of the Audit Committee.
