UCA open days

Open days are intended for prospective pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate students who have not yet applied and their family and friends. Each open day includes campus tours, talks/tours by course staff and a range of information points for our support services.

We hold open days in June and October-December each year, which give you a chance to look around our campuses before you apply to us. Our June open days coincide with our end-of-year shows of student work on most campuses. Organised around course tours and talks, our open days provide an ideal opportunity for you to meet with course staff and current students and see our amazing facilities.

How to book a place

Booking for open days is essential so to reserve your place please complete our online registration form(s) by clicking on the appropriate link(s) above. Please check the details of the event that you are registering for and then click 'Register'.

If you are a returning user you will need to sign in using your existing Username and Password.

If you are a new user you will need to complete some personal details and create a username and password. Please make a note of these as you may wish to log in at a later date. Then click 'Create User'.

You will then be taken to the 'Register for Event' screen where you can review your personal details and will then be asked to specify which course(s) you are interested in. Click 'Register' to complete your booking.

You can book for multiple open days by clicking on the appropriate link(s) and repeating the above instructions.

What happens next?

You will receive an email confirming your booking. We will email you further details about the programme of events three weeks before the open day.

Once registered you can manage your open day booking(s) through the UCA Events Portal.
