UCA offers a range of activities including short courses, English language courses, portfolio preparation workshops, taster days and summer schools. Details of our forthcoming courses can be found below:
Summer Schools at
UCA Canterbury
We will be running a variety of schools at UCA Canterbury from 23 - 27 July 2012. You can choose from:
- Fine Art (Painting Focus)
- Extreme Fashion
- Further Education (Portfolio Building)
- Photography
- Architecture
- Interior Architecture

Summer School at UCA Maidstone
We will be running a four day school from Monday 16 July - Thursday 19 July 2012, 9.30am - 4pm.
On the course you work experimentally with a variety of drawing media from objects, interior and environmental sources.

Summer School at UCA Rochester
We will be running a five day school from Monday 23 July - Friday 27 July 2012 which will be focusing on drawing from the body.
The course will run from 9.30am - 4.30pm each day with a one hour break for lunch.

English for the Creative Arts
We continue to run pre-sessional English language courses, there is a five week course that improves your English IELTS score by 0.5 and a 10 week course that improves your IELTS score by 1.0.
There will also be an intensive art & design portfolio development course starting in June and running for 12 weeks.
